Acceptable Use Policy

Mursilat is a tool for real conversations between you and your customers. Messages nobody asked for are the biggest cause of number bans, and they hurt everyone sending from the same platform. So every account agrees to these rules, and the platform applies them automatically. They lower the risk of bans — we can’t promise there won’t be any; only WhatsApp decides.
1. Message only people who agreed
- Message customers who bought from you, wrote to you, or signed up and asked to hear from you.
- Keep the opt-out line in campaigns and honour every stop request right away (Mursilat does it automatically).
- Say who you are and why you’re writing in the first message.
2. No bought or scraped lists
- Don’t buy, rent or swap lists of numbers.
- Don’t collect numbers from groups, websites or directories without their owners’ consent.
- Don’t use generated lists (sequential or random numbers).
- Every list is checked automatically: if a large share isn’t on WhatsApp, is sequential, or looks bought, the campaign is refused and you see why.
3. Prohibited content
Don’t send messages about:
- Loans, fast cash or no-guarantee financing.
- Betting, gambling or sports bets.
- Crypto or forex signals, or “guaranteed profits”.
- Adult content.
- Political or election campaigning.
- Weapons, drugs or anything illegal.
- Links to other WhatsApp numbers or groups (wa.me, chat.whatsapp.com) in campaigns to new contacts.
- Posing as a bank, a government body or a company that isn’t yours.
4. How the rules are applied
- Checks run automatically and in memory only: our team never reads your messages or sees your contacts.
- Every new account’s first campaign is reviewed by our team using numbers only (list size and quality, links, number age) — usually within a few hours.
- A new account starts with 50 new contacts a day across all its numbers; the limit grows with a clean record.
5. What happens on a violation
- Prohibited content, repeated low-quality lists or bad opt-out and delivery rates add a “strike” to the account for 30 days, and the account moves down one level.
- Two strikes in 30 days, a banned number, or repeated WhatsApp restrictions restrict the account: campaigns and new contacts stop; replies to people who wrote to you keep working.
- Linking new numbers right after a ban stops campaigns until an admin reviews it.
- Our team reviews restrictions; serious violations can suspend the account.
- Every decision shows you the reason and what to do, on the same screen.
6. Honestly
These rules and limits lower the risk of bans a lot, but they can’t remove it: WhatsApp has its own rules and decisions. If your number is restricted, read the reason on its Health tab and wait — don’t open a new number to send the same campaign.
